What does the Eastpak limited warranty cover?
Most of our standard products come with a 30-year limited warranty. This covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, such as faulty zippers, stitching, or fabric flaws. Please note it does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery's progress.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all items purchased through our official store. Products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
How should I clean my Eastpak backpack?
To maintain the integrity of the fabric and coatings, we recommend cleaning your bag with a damp cloth. For tougher stains, use a mild soap. Do not machine wash or tumble dry, as this can damage the waterproof lining.
